We will never send emails, text messages, or use phone calls, LINE, or social media to invite investors to join groups for information on "hot stocks" or "insider tips." We also will not notify investors that they have won a public subscription and ask them to transfer or remit funds to a specific account.
 
Recently, it has come to our attention that unknown individuals are using messaging apps to impersonate KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“KGI Singapore”).  Scammers are illegally using our account opening documents. They're falsely claiming that if you provide a photocopy of your passport, name, and other personal details, you can open an account with KGI Singapore. They then direct you to remit funds to an alleged KGI Singapore account and download a mobile trading app to invest in the Singapore stock market (as shown in the image below).

This is a fraudulent scheme, so you must be extremely vigilant. Do not trust investment news or channels from unknown sources. You should also never provide any personal information, download suspicious trading apps, or transfer any money, as doing so may lead to financial loss. Please verify all information carefully and be vigilant. You should not trust or click on suspicious links or provide your personal information or money to protect your rights and assets.

近日发现有不明人士透过通讯软体，冒用本公司KGI Securities (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (下称「凯基新加坡」)之名义并盗用其开户文件，宣称只要提供护照影本、姓名及其他个人资料，填具相关开户表格并汇款至凯基新加坡指定帐户，即可下载证券买卖手机软体而投资新加坡股市(如下图所示)。此为诈骗手法，请投资人务必提高警觉，切勿轻信来源不明之投资消息与管道，也不要提供任何个人资料、下载不明交易程式或交付款项，以免上当致生损失。

请务必仔细核实所有信息并保持警惕。不要相信或点击可疑链接。请勿提供您的个人信息或金钱，以保护您的权益和资产安全。
